Role: Finance & Office Manager Location: Remote Salary: Up to £40,000 + EMI scheme Reporting to: CFOOur client is an award-winning non-alcoholic spirit brand that is breaking through the high-end hospitality market, globally. They produce premium Non-Alcoholic Spirits, boldly boasting the most flavourful taste experience on the market to break the current conception of alcohol-free spirits as being “bland”. They are scaling the business globally and positioning themselves as a market leader in the on-trade. As they do this, they are looking to grow the team across all divisions. The role will be split across supporting the Finance division of the business and other responsibilities such as HR and legal. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for matters such as but not limited to overseeing financial planning and analysis. Managing budgets and monthly management accounts. Creating financial reports, and producing investor reports. Preparation of cash flow statements, budgets, and forecasts. Balance sheet reconciliation. Managing the company accounting and procurement systems. Dealing with some HR and legal matters. The successful candidate: Experience in accounting, budget management, and creating financial reports. Basic experience dealing with legal documentation and HR. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial software such as Xero. Experience in the beverage industry is a plus. Qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
