Your opportunity: Under general direction of one Principal Investigator (Dr. Lisa Mc Carthy), the Research Officer will have the opportunity to work on a variety of research projects related to focused on reducing medication-related harm and optimizing people’s experiences with their medications, through approaches like deprescribing and optimizing care transitions. The Research Officer will work as part of a multivariate stakeholder environment both independently and as part of collaborative multi-disciplinary focused research groups supporting various projects. This support includes coordinating project logistics and timelines, communicating with various internal and external stakeholders, and managing data collection and analyses of various research studies within Dr. Mc Carthy’s portfolio. Your responsibilities will include: • backssing needs and contributing to the planning of research goals • backssing and selecting methods of data collection and analysis for research projects • Developing project schedules including milestones, critical path, timelines, deliverables and reporting • Writing grant.
