We are actively looking to recruit flexible, highly motivated, and enthusiastic Newly Qualified Social Workers (NQSW) to join teams across Suffolk who share the same commitment, dedication, care, and support as we do. You will join us on a full time or part time basis. The successful candidate will earn a competitive salary of £30,151 rising to £32,909 per annum (pro rata for part time) plus a joining payment of £1,500 and a £4,000 per annum retention payment upon successful completion of the ASYE backssed and Supported Year in Employment) programme. We are committed to offering flexible working including part time hours for this role. We welcome applications from everyone. We particularly welcome male applicants because they are under-represented in this directorate. Sponsorship for a Health and Care Worker visa may be available for current UK and Overseas residents. We have opportunities available for Newly Qualified Social Workers across the following teams: Social Care teams working with children subject to s17 and s47 backssment, a child in need, and child protection plans Child In Care teams working with our children in care, both children in long-term placements and subject to care proceedings.
