Assistant HR Manager Location: Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Salary: 3,000 a month Perks: Benefits, Bonus, PTO, Airfare, Phone, Gym, Accommodation, Visa Assistance About the client: I have teamed up with a luxurious resort located in The Caribbean that is committed to exceptional service and offering guests an unforgettable experience. Due to their ongoing success, they are looking for an Assistant HR Manager to come on board their team. What will your role as Assistant HR Manager entail Alongside the HR Manager, manage most HR functions including worker’s compensation, HR policies and procedures, recruitment, training and development Coordinate with the Executive team to develop HR strategies in line with the organisation’s goals Lead the full recruitment process, including the onboarding and training of all new hires Maintain current knowledge of the US and federal legislation and regulations to monitor and ensure compliance Oversee disciplinary matters and communicate on sensitive issues Who are we looking for 2 years’ experience in a comparable HR role, experience within The Caribbean is preferred Strong knowledge of all HR procedures including; compliance, employment law, recruitment, training and development etc Superb leadership and communication skills Advanced knowledge on Microsoft Office and HR Software systeminteractionperience working in a luxury resort Relevant degree Interested Reach out to Danny today if you’d like to hear more information About COREcruitment COREcruitment are experts in recruiting for Hospitality, Catering, Leisure, Retail, FM, Property and Construction sectors.
