About the position: The Inventory Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and adjusting inventory levels to ensure a sufficient supply of products to meet demand. The Inventory Coordinator is also responsible for ensuring the highest level of inventory accuracy by leading periodic cycle counts and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies. What you’ll do: Monitor and adjust inventory records and investigate/resolve inventory discrepancies Lead and coordinate successful cycle count programs across all warehouses, including 3PL warehouses Facilitate Annual Physical Inventory Prepare Bulk Tank Farm reconciliation Review and action expiring material on a weekly basis Facilitate Monthly Disposal of Material Prepare & review periodic inventory reports to ensure highest level of inventory accuracy Other tasks as needed What you’ll need: University Degree or College Diploma with two (2) years of related Inventory or Purchasing work experience is required Excellent computer skills inclusing experience using Microsoft office suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word) Experience with shipping and receiving products using a computer inventory system Experience with SAP is considered an asset Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to prooritize and multitask Highly motivated and capable of identifying.
