With multiple offices they ensure professional and practical solutions tailored to legal needs of their clients. The Role: They are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their dynamic family team and provide crucial secretarial and administrative support to the family department. This role involves managing files, handling phone enquiries, drafting legal documents, audio typing, and general administrative tasks. Responsibilities: Provide secretarial and administrative support to fee earners. Handle phone enquiries, schedule appointments, and take messages. Produce letters, legal documents, court forms, and statements. Manage files from opening to archiving. Perform audio typing and general administrative duties. Prepare large court bundles and assist with filing tasks. Occasionally cover reception duties. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Legal Secretary, Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant, Legal Clerk or in a similar role. Preferable experience in family secretarial work and knowledge of family law terminology. Proficient typing skills and Microsoft Office competency.
